Mick Edmondson - Head of Programme & Project Services
Mick started Complete Projects in 2008 when he saw a clear need to provide first-class project and programme management that goes beyond what an individual PM can provide, but without the complexity and overhead of the big consultancies.
Mick has over 20 years of project and programme management, 10 years of operations management and 4 years of learning and development experience. Mick specialises in complex international programmes including legal entity rationalisation and digital transformation.
When he’s not managing projects, Mick enjoys watching his daughters’ football teams and walks with his dog.
